**Job Summary**
Clayton Services is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
- Manage and maintain data using Excel, including creating and updating spreadsheets as needed.
- Assist with logistics and dispatching tasks, ensuring timely and effective communication with team members and other departments.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, appointments, and other events as required.
- Handle other administrative duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, with a strong background in office operations and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
