We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Suntex Marina Investors, LLC. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.
Key Responsibilities• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and greeting guests
• Assist with booking reservations for water sports rentals and interact with our Home Office departments
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide directions to guests
• Assist with inventory management, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Work with Microsoft Office products to maintain accurate records and reports
• During busy periods, assist with tasks on the docks or in the ship store
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements• 1-2 years of experience in an office environment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season
