Pay Range: $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, extract, standardize, and analyze relevant data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Drive top-line and bottom-line growth through sound business and financial analysis.
  • Translate plans into actions and lead teams to execute key deliverables.
  • Lead global cross-functional teams in strategic business transformation projects.
  • Engage key stakeholders to address business concerns effectively.
  • Communicate complex information succinctly and adapt content for the targeted audience.
  • Support pricing growth initiatives through continuous improvements.
  • Develop business cases, competitive assessments, risk mitigation, and negotiation strategies for customer proposals.
  • Prepare FAR12 & FAR15 TINA compliant proposals for prime contractors and US Government agencies, as well as proposals for non-US Government customers.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Required Keywords: (PRICING OR PRICE OR CONTRACT OR PURCHASING OR BUDGET OR BUDGETING OR COSTING OR COSTING) AND (FINANCIAL OR FINANCE OR ACCOUNTING OR ACCOUNTANT) AND (PMP OR "PROJECT MANAGEMENT") AND (GOVERNMENT OR DEFENCE OR DOD OR FAR OR FAR12 OR FAR15 OR DFAR) AND (AERO OR AERONAUTICS OR SPACECRAFT OR AIRFORCE OR AEROSPACE OR AIRCRAFT OR AVIATION OR ASTRONAUTICAL OR AVIONICS OR GARMIN OR BOEING OR DEFENSE ).
  • 2.5 years of direct government/defense experience or 5+ years in a related role (pricing, finance, accounting, supply-chain, or business analysis).
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a Business-related discipline.
  • Knowledge of government rules and regulations (FAR).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • US Citizenship (no dual citizenship).
  • Proficiency with MS Office Tools, Excel, and/or SAP.
  • PMP, Supply Chain, or Six Sigma Certification.
  • Experience in cost accounting, pricing, or marketing in a government/defense environment.
  • Experience coordinating tasks within a matrix environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Managed multiple projects with a strong bias for action; results oriented to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Intermediate capability with Power BI, Siebel databases, SAP, and Business Intelligence tools.
