Position Overview:
The Revenue Management Analyst position is a pivotal role dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of our Pricing and Revenue Management (PRM) team. This role will leverage analytics and innovative thinking to challenge conventional practices and drive improvements.

This position will provide essential analytical support to the PRM team, engaging in projects that may be presented to senior management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular reporting for the PRM team and leadership.
  • Evaluating market performance and implementing corrective measures for underperforming areas.
  • Communicating PRM strategies and outcomes to operational partners.
  • Responding to ad hoc analytical requests from various teams.
  • Collaborating with operational leadership to innovate pricing strategies and optimize revenue.
  • Identifying new opportunities through demand trend analysis.
  • Testing new pricing tools and providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Supporting the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and training materials.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in Pricing or Revenue Management, or relevant analytical roles. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A passion for driving business results through analytical processes.
  • Intellectual curiosity and creativity to foster innovation.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to build coalitions to facilitate analysis-driven change.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
