LEGAL SERVICE BACKGROUND
Errors in credit reporting affect millions of Americans each year. These errors cause unfair loan rejections and cause many to pay higher interest rates for things like car loans or insurance. McCarthy Law has created a unique two-step process to remove our clients' errors. First, we help them dispute their credit error for free. If the error is not timely corrected, we sue all offending parties for violating federal law and we earn our fees as part of the eventual settlement or jury award.
JOB DESCRIPTION
McCarthy Law already has enduring win-win paid referral relationships with companies in related fields, such as debt settlement companies, credit repair companies, and mortgage companies, among others.
McCarthy Law wants to grow a lot more of these relationships.
You will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with companies in related fields. The goal is to build partnerships that lead to client referrals, ensuring that more consumers receive the help they need to correct errors in their credit reports.
- Identify potential partner companies within the debt settlement, credit repair, mortgage, and other groups/companies likely to have members/employees with errors on their credit report.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the business models and needs of these companies. Create tailored outreach strategies to effectively engage with target companies.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential partners and contacts.
- Initiate contact with prospective partner companies through various channels (email, phone, social media, in-person meetings).
- Articulate the benefits of partnering with our law firm and how we can support their clients.
- Foster and maintain enduring relationships with partner companies.
- Work closely with our management team to understand our services and value propositions.
- Create compelling outreach materials and presentations.
- Coordinate referral processes and ensure seamless communication between our firm and partner companies.
- Monitor outreach efforts and measure the success of partnership initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities, partnership development, and referral outcomes.
- You have proven experience (10+ years) in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the financial, medical, or legal sectors.
- You'll demonstrate superior customer service and communication skills with potential referral partners and team members
- You'll show an ambition to expand industry knowledge and learn about our services in great detail.
