Job Description:
Premium Merchant Funding is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Aventura, FL. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for handling general administrative duties and assisting in the management of marketing campaigns. Your ability to manage leads, coordinate office activities, and support marketing efforts will be crucial to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office setup and maintenance, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory to ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $50,000 per year
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 7:15 PM
