About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and motivate a team of 3-5 accounts receivable specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • AR Management: Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze AR reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, finance, and operations, to support overall business objectives.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in manufacturing and distribution is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
