Project Administrative Assistant

A client of ours in the business services industry is currently looking for a Project Administrative Assistant to join their team The growth path for this role is from Project Administrative Assistant to Project Coordinator, then Project Manager on to a Sr Project Manager.

Located in 77054
Onsite: 7:00am-4pm - Mon-Fri
Business Casual - "Jeans on Friday"
Responsibilities:
- Project Administration - Collecting/organizing documentation for projects/contracts.
- Entering sales orders, purchase orders, invoices into the system
- Scheduling services and securing deliverables
- Performing market research, submitting bids/proposals
- Business Development duties will include reaching out to current/past/new contractors to generate leads on new contracts.
Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
- Experience collecting/organizing documentation for projects, estimates, or purchase orders
- Experience in Business Development a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of NetSuite a plus
