We are searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Employee Engagement Specialist. This will be a full time role and focuses in the Mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee engagement and event coordination, along with at least one year of experience in a similar field.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to boost overall employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee appreciation events.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and promote a positive work culture.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute employee engagement events, team-building activities, and appreciation programs.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and materials preparation.
- Manage the scheduling of events, ensuring timely communication and attendance tracking.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of employee engagement initiatives with organizational goals.
- Foster open communication channels to address concerns and maintain a positive working relationship.

Qualifications:
