Personal Care Specialist Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with performance of activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as indicated in service plans
- Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
- Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid
- Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested
- Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
