Job Description:

  • The Documentation Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting Marietta organization through the global Skill-up project.
  • The Documentation Project Coordinator will support the project manager to ensure all the major millstones of the project are met by working closely with area subject matter experts (SMEs) be create new documentation, RACI matrices, and video/visual-based instructions while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, and governmental regulations.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Delivering documentation, training, and videos for the overall project millstones for project planning.
  • Work as a documentation simplification team member.
  • Participate in steering the progress of the department's simplification plan as a spokesperson for governance meetings for the project.
  • Apply document simplification and training methods in compliance with all standards.
  • Realization of departmental flowcharts.
  • Realization of standard operating procedures with table of responsibilities (RACI).
  • Realization of work instructions with tutorials.
  • Apply best practices in filming and video editing.
  • Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable EHS and GMP regulations, guidelines, policies, standard operating procedures, and industry practice and Industrial Excellence initiatives.
  • Execute project according to plan and maintain critical path.
  • Monitor and communicate progress and ensure project outcomes meet project objectives.
  • Proactively identify project risk areas or production impact and recommend appropriate mitigation or contingencies.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience
