Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Creative Cabinets and Fine Finishes. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including setting project timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including conducting quality checks and audits.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and resolve project issues, including conflicts, delays, and quality problems, and make informed decisions to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, construction management, or engineering.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, including experience with project management software and tools.
