Pay Range: $22-26/hour, Based on YOE


Brief Summary: Responsible for physical inventory support and analysis, recall/reconciliations, in-transit and open PO analysis, research of variances and adjustments, and MS Access reporting to supply chain. Complete investigation and analysis of inventory results. Various store adjustments, documentation, and reporting.


Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of inventory data and results
  • Provide analysis and timely adjustments for break-ins
  • Adjustments including but not limited to store-to-store, lost shipments, shipping errors, sync, and closed stores
  • Compilation of data and review for weekly adjustment review
  • Provide documentation for Internal and External audit requests
  • Research and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Comply with established company internal controls
  • Maintain continuous improvement mindset and proactively identify, review, and implement process improvements
  • Assume additional responsibilities and assist with special projects as needed or directed
  • Effectively communicate with management


Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong working knowledge in SAP (FMS/AFS1)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Inventory Management experience
