Position Overview:
The Retail Inventory Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and analyzing inventory data within the organization. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of SAP systems and financial principles related to retail inventory management.

Key Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with SAP systems, specifically FMS/AFS1
- Strong background in inventory management and accounting practices
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of inventory data to derive actionable insights.
- Implement timely adjustments for discrepancies, including but not limited to:
- Transfers between stores
- Lost shipments
- Shipping inaccuracies
- Synchronization issues
- Closed store adjustments
- Compile and review data for weekly inventory adjustment meetings.
- Prepare documentation to support internal and external audit processes.
- Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues promptly and efficiently.
