Key Responsibilities

As an Inventory Control Analyst, your primary duties will encompass:

  • Stock Oversight: Performing regular audits to ensure precise inventory records and optimize stock levels.
  • Data Analysis: Gathering and interpreting supply chain data to aid in inventory planning and enhancement initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspecting incoming and outgoing products to confirm compliance with quality standards.
  • Compliance with Procedures: Understanding and enforcing the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the warehouse.
  • Operational Management: Supervising daily warehouse activities, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinating with various teams to implement effective inventory management strategies.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertaking other tasks as necessary to ensure the seamless operation of the warehouse.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an individual who meets the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Availability: Must possess a flexible schedule, including potential shifts on weekends and holidays.
  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual skills in Chinese (Mandarin) are advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service abilities.
  • Decision-Making Skills: Capable of making informed decisions, solving problems, and prioritizing tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analytical thinking to provide data-driven recommendations for inventory improvements.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate computer skills for inventory management and reporting tasks.
