Title: Financial Analyst - Inventory + Collect data batches from daily cycle counts and organize into tracking file (tens of thousands, basically one batch per shelf location)

+ Investigate variances with inventory control team

+ Perform monthly blind audits (weve stopped doing this) to ensure internal controls are being followed

+ Maintain Cycle Count summary file and keep manager informed on progress and potential issues

+ Work with DC and Supply Chain to help improve 3PL warehouse reporting and validation of inventory (DCG, Positive, VPI, etc)

+ Work with Manager to create KPI and reporting dashboard for SBT inventory shrink reporting

+ Work with Field Service organization and Commercial to ensure established process is being followed (Internal Control)

+ Work with VMI team to understand outliers and potential issues at store level to avoid shipping product to stores based on 3PL rep count error VMI No longer has that layer of control

+ Work with Commercial Team/Retail Operations to ensure items are removed from virtual warehouse for returns timely

+ Creation and facilitation of dummy item skus and application in virtual warehouse

+ Create tracking dashboard (similar to BI tool output) for actual store visit coverage and frequency of visit

+ Track and disclose high shrink doors to commercial by account

* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn other systems (M3, TM1, eventually BI tool)

* Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail

* Self-Starter / Ability to be independent in critical thinking

* Excellent oral, written, and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and outside vendors.

* Drive to learn, grow, and develop knowledge and skills.

* Ability to work in various environments.

* Strong multitasking and time management skills.

* Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or other relevant field required

* 3-5 years of relevant experience

* "route" is used for session stickiness

* "careerSiteCompanyId" is used to send the request to the correct data center

* "JSESSIONID" is placed on the visitor's device during the session so the server can identify the visitor

* "Load balancer cookie" (actual cookie name may vary) prevents a visitor from bouncing from one instance to another
