Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with suppliers, terminal locations, or clients to address inventory, sales, billing, or electronic payment challenges.
Conduct trend analysis on inventory and sales metrics, along with P&L and balance sheet accounts.
Record daily and monthly journal entries to maintain the integrity of financial data.
Prepare account reconciliations and clarify any discrepancies.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements or automation.
Utilize advanced Excel techniques to improve analytical capabilities.
Demonstrate eagerness to learn and develop financial data models using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx.
Document workflows using MS Visio.
Assist in the quarterly and annual audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and walkthroughs.
Foster strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
0-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Excel, with a desire to further enhance Excel skills.
Willingness to work overtime during peak periods as necessary.
Commitment to the highest ethical standards in job performance.
Highly driven and team-oriented.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, Alteryx, or Power BI is advantageous.

Work Environment:
