Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization in the tobacco industry? Our client is seeking innovative and driven individuals to help retailers tap into the full potential of their product categories.


In this role, you won't be cold calling. Instead, you'll dive deep into understanding the complete lifecycle of your territory and leverage data to identify external factors that influence performance.


What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Education: Help retailers understand the vital role of effective sales strategies in unlocking new business opportunities.
  • Flexible Work Style: Enjoy a hybrid work environment that includes travel to customer locations.
  • Territory Leadership: Take charge of planning routes and setting objectives for your area, using data analysis to uncover insights that drive performance.
  • Insightful Influence: Present compelling insights to maximize the impact of tobacco products across various store categories, ensuring mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Triple Win Philosophy: Employ a "Triple Win" strategy that highlights the advantages for retailers, consumers, and our company during every engagement.
  • Training Advocate: Equip point-of-sale staff with essential knowledge about tobacco assortments and the importance of product availability.


What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, ideally within Tobacco.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, a solid commercial mindset, effective negotiation, advanced communication, and category management expertise.


Compensation & Perks:

  • Base salary of $75-$80k plus a 10% bonus structure.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including three medical plans, dental and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, employee assistance programs, family leave, tuition assistance, training and development, and a 401k match up to 6%.
