We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our Trauma Sales team and drive revenue growth in the Orthopedic marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Stryker Trauma Sales team to exceed territory market share objectives.
  • Analyze market information, identify new prospects, and create sales plans and marketing strategies.
  • Build ongoing partnerships with local hospital staff and surgeons, and internal relationships with sales associates.
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets and expenditures, and provide recommendations on pricing schedules and discount rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience and/or demonstrated ability to work with and lead others to accomplish sales goals.
  • Knowledge of current office technologies, including the MS Office suite and databases.
