At Swedish Match AB, we are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Eau Claire, WI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all sales and operational functions within the assigned geography.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sell and service Swedish Match's products in retail stores in the assigned geography.
  • Gain new item distribution, promotion execution, and merchandising products, as well as, ensure freshness on all products in all assigned stores.
  • Utilize data to develop fact-based presentations for customers and follow our call process.
  • Handle all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point of sale materials.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving and ability to develop creative solutions.
  • Critical thinking, demonstrate the ability to think and act in selling situations.
  • Analytical skills, able to analyze data and develop a sales plan.
  • Planning skills, demonstrate the ability to prioritize activities to achieve results.
  • Microsoft Office and business math skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience is required.
  • Requires some directly related work experience in non-durable consumer goods sales.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate must live within the geographical assignment.
  • Territory Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities.
  • Upon hire, if it is deemed that you are ineligible for a corporate credit card, you will be responsible to pay for travel costs incurred to meet the job obligations.
