Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in prospecting and sales within the headhunting, direct placement, or staffing industries. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing relationships to drive new business and expand our client base in the US market, particularly focusing on midmarket companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through proactive prospecting efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in midmarket companies.
  • Leverage existing network to generate new business opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful placement of candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a prospector (hunter) with a track record of successful sales in headhunting or staffing.
  • Strong network of relationships in the US market, especially with midmarket companies that do not utilize MSPs.
  • Experience in the Florida market is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • 3years + experience
