About the Role:

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for selling our award-winning HCM/WFM solutions to businesses across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Present HCM/WFM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM/WFM products and services based on their technical needs

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven success selling WFM/HRMS/Payroll solutions
  • Strong knowledge of HCM/WFM/SaaS Industry
