Job Responsibilities:

  • Market and Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitive landscape. Leverage this knowledge to position our solutions effectively and differentiate us from the competition.

Attributes of a Successful Candidate: Successful candidates will be problem solvers, excited by working in a fast-paced environment, team-oriented, motivated to achieve sales targets, willing to mentor a sales team, accountable, and willing to jump in to help the team close deals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of healthcare sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Healthcare and Clinical Operations Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of healthcare systems, clinical operations, and large healthcare organizations' challenges.
  • Software Sales Experience: Proven track record in selling software solutions, ideally within the healthcare sector. Experience with complex sales cycles and consultative sales approaches is essential.
  • Sales Management Experience: Significant experience in building, managing, and growing a sales team. Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans and processes.5+ years of sales management experience preferred.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is highly desirable—the ability to leverage CRM tools to optimize sales performance and customer relationship management.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Ability to lead by example and engage directly in the sales process when necessary. Demonstrated success in achieving 7+ figure sales personally.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills. Ability to develop long-term sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
