- Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations. Understand their operational challenges and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Performance Tracking and Accountability: Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs. Implement strategies to ensure team members meet or exceed their targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Market and Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitive landscape. Leverage this knowledge to position our solutions effectively and differentiate us from the competition.
Attributes of a Successful Candidate: Successful candidates will be problem solvers, excited by working in a fast-paced environment, team-oriented, motivated to achieve sales targets, willing to mentor a sales team, accountable, and willing to jump in to help the team close deals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of healthcare sales experience
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Healthcare and Clinical Operations Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of healthcare systems, clinical operations, and large healthcare organizations' challenges.
- Software Sales Experience: Proven track record in selling software solutions, ideally within the healthcare sector. Experience with complex sales cycles and consultative sales approaches is essential.
- Sales Management Experience: Significant experience in building, managing, and growing a sales team. Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans and processes.5+ years of sales management experience preferred.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is highly desirable—the ability to leverage CRM tools to optimize sales performance and customer relationship management.
- Hands-On Leadership: Ability to lead by example and engage directly in the sales process when necessary. Demonstrated success in achieving 7+ figure sales personally.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills. Ability to develop long-term sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
Compensation:
- Base pay plus commission and override Total Package $300K
