We are seeking a New Business Development Manager with proven ability to effectively generate qualified leads.
This is purely for a lead generation role. Once a lead is generated, you will partner up with our strategy experts who will create the proposal and close the lead.
This position could be either full-time or part-time.
We are seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager with expertise in:
- Researching and identifying new leads and business opportunities in target markets
- Outreach and Engagement – Conduct outreach activities and create personalized communication strategies to attract and engage leads.
- Attend in person trade shows, events and seminars.
- Create relationships and attend meetings with various interest groups
- Reporting and Analysis – Monitoring and reporting on lead generation activities, conversion rates and other KPIs

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication and speaking skills
- At least 5 years of professional new business development and lead generation experience
- Experienced at generating leads and pitching digital agency service offerings
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a fit for the agency's services.
- Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline using necessary tools and software
- Able to create goals and KPI, and provide reports & analyze the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and suggest improvements.
