We are seeking a New Business Development Manager with proven ability to effectively generate qualified leads.


This is purely for a lead generation role. Once a lead is generated, you will partner up with our strategy experts who will create the proposal and close the lead.


This position could be either full-time or part-time.


We are seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager with expertise in:

  1. Researching and identifying new leads and business opportunities in target markets
  2. Outreach and Engagement – Conduct outreach activities and create personalized communication strategies to attract and engage leads.
  3. Attend in person trade shows, events and seminars.
  4. Create relationships and attend meetings with various interest groups
  5. Reporting and Analysis – Monitoring and reporting on lead generation activities, conversion rates and other KPIs

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication and speaking skills
  • At least 5 years of professional new business development and lead generation experience
  • Experienced at generating leads and pitching digital agency service offerings
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a fit for the agency's services.
  • Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline using necessary tools and software
  • Able to create goals and KPI, and provide reports & analyze the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and suggest improvements.
