We are hiring an Administrative Specialist on a contract basis for a great client on-site in Santa Ana, CA. Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive services to all projects, which includes prompt and effective management of incoming and outgoing communications, coordination with community members, advisory councils, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support the development and growth of new fiscal projects while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  • Coordinate various aspects of the fiscal sponsorship program, including revenue and expense management, documentation, onboarding processes, Salesforce reporting, and more.
  • Collaborate daily with accounting, human resources, and administrative teams to manage the services provided to clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and problem-solving.
  • Assist with government and grants administration, including initial reviews, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Manage risk and insurance needs for special events and community initiative projects.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with a consistent track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
