Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) focused on expanding market reach and driving growth within industrial safety and gas detection sectors.

Cultivate and sustain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners to ensure ongoing satisfaction and maximize sales potential across the region.

Identify and pursue opportunities in emerging markets within the DACH region, working to introduce advanced gas detection solutions to new clients and industries.

Drive achievement of regional sales targets, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and monitoring metrics to track success against goals.

Conduct ongoing market analysis to understand industry shifts, competitive positioning, and customer preferences, using insights to adapt sales approaches and optimize product relevance.

Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and R&D teams to align product offerings with market needs, enhance customer experiences, and address specific regional requirements.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and regular reports, sharing insights with leadership to inform regional strategies and performance projections.

Provide comprehensive training and support to distributors and sales partners, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge to effectively promote and sell detection solutions.

Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, and industry events within the DACH region, enhancing visibility and building connections with prospective clients.



Requirements of the Regional Sales Manager - DACH


Strong B2B sales experience in industrial safety or gas detection, ideally in the DACH region.

Deep knowledge of DACH markets, with connections in sectors like oil and gas or manufacturing.

Fluency in German and English with excellent communication abilities.

Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Skilled in building lasting client relationships and providing tailored solutions.

Proficient in market analysis and strategic planning for growth.
