Regional Sales Manager

Stauffer Glove and Safety is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies across regional Territory Sales Representatives, driving sales growth, and expanding market share in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and market share in assigned regions.
- Collaborate with National Accounts Manager to ensure service levels and contract requirements are met.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to Territory Sales Representatives on sales and marketing best practices.
- Conduct product training and seminars for Territory Sales Representatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Safety distribution, Industrial distribution, or MRO industries.
- Demonstrated record of success growing, managing, and maintaining a substantial client base in large metropolitan regions.
- Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience with CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced education degree, including but not limited to, Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Work Environment:
- This job operates in both a professional office and manufacturing environment.
Travel:
- Must be able to travel within assigned geographic territory to work with and train Territory Sales Representatives.
