Job Description


We are seeking a talented and driven Financial System Specialist with a background in accounting, finance, and data analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ERP, CRM, and BI tools, and will play a critical role in optimizing our financial systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
  • Design and implement data analytics solutions using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Identify and resolve system issues, and work with IT to implement solutions.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3years of experience in financial systems analysis, preferably in a data-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems in particular Salesforce
  • Experience with ERP and BI systems
