THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor and manufacturer in their search for an HR Manager to join their growing HR team


We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to support employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, employment law compliance, and benefits for our client's globally expanding organization.


Essential Job Duties:

• Guide Department Managers and Supervisors on staffing, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations

• Ensure consistent application of policies and compliance with employment laws

• Manage the talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, recruiting, and hiring

• Collaborate with HR Managers to develop strategies and provide data for business decisions

• Enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention

• Facilitate New Hire Orientation and I9 processes for warehouse locations


Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required

• Minimum 8+ years of HR experience required

• Minimum 4+ years of strategic HR Manager experience required

• Strong employee relations, staffing, influencing, and coaching skills required

• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations


Schedule, Pay, & Benefits:

• Position will be stationed at Boise, Idaho facility

• 100% onsite work model, no exceptions

• Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm

• Pay starts at $120, 000/year and depends on experience.

• Direct-hire opportunity
