Digital Marketing Manager, eCommerce Job description
Location: Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA), with an upcoming move to near Irvine, Ca towards the end of the 2024 or early 2025.

Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager, eCommerce will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. This includes executing all aspects of the company’s eCommerce strategy, driving online sales growth, and enhancing digital shopping experience. The role will oversee the development, management, and optimization of the marketing channels ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Product and Brand Marketing: Lead and execute marketing strategies to enhance
product offerings and build a strong brand presence. Develop and implement innovative
marketing campaigns that differentiate our products in the market.
● Market Penetration: Drive successful entry into new verticals, including our BunnyDad
brand, targeting a market with 3-5x the TAM of our current offerings. Conduct market
research to identify opportunities and tailor marketing strategies to effectively penetrate
new markets. Explore expansion into other markets, such as dogs, cats, fish, and
horses.
● Website Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the company’s e-commerce website.
● Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and average order value.
● Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
● Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer experience to increase satisfaction and retention.
● Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics to track performance, understand customer behavior, and inform decisions.
● Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales.
● Team Management: Build and lead an e-commerce team, including designers, developers, and marketers.
Qualifications:
● 4-7 years of full-time, in-house e-Commerce / performance marketing experience.
● Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices
● Experience with paid media planning and buying, including but not limited to: Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.
● Experience with web analytic software (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magneto, etc.)
● Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
● Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
