Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies for the continuous growth and success of the company.
  • Devise and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for our products on the Amazon platform.
  • Manage product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Optimize keyword strategies and implement SEO techniques to improve product visibility and search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer reviews, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to increase sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely replenishments, and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Create and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor advertising performance and adjust strategies based on ROI analysis.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
  • Hold regular meetings with team members to discuss successes, challenges, and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
  • Analyze e-commerce success, and monitor and report on sales, program outcomes, and overall e-commerce performance regularly.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon policies and guidelines, ensuring full compliance in all business activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce sales and management.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
  • Comfortable working with data and experience using programs such as Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Adept at collaborating with different teams in a fast-paced environment.
