Job Title: Commission Based Sales Director

Location: HYBRID - Candidate must be located within 30 miles of Mansfield, MA.

1099 initial contract with high possibilities to convert it to W2.


What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to create and lead our acquisitions team, close deals, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, Inspire, and Build a Positive Culture: Lead our acquisitions team with enthusiasm, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement of sales team members by influencing, and motivating them to achieve sales targets each month.

✅ Run daily sales team huddle.

✅ Coach team up to win prospective opportunities.

✅ Hold daily sales training.

✅ Hold weekly 1 on 1’s and periodic performance reviews.

✅ Coach team members on recorded calls.

✅ Provide written warnings/notices as needed for team members who are not performing.

✅ Put together and live out performance improvement plans as needed.

✅ Work with recruiters and recruit as needed.

✅ Hire, onboard, and train team members as needed.

✅ Create, live out, and manage company SOPs.


• Close Deals: Drive the sales process from start to finish, negotiating and closing deals with prospective clients and partners. Respond to all leads and close on them

✅Manage pipeline of prospects.

✅Build rapport with potential clients.

✅Work with vendors/buyers to underwrite and approve offers for the team.

✅Follow-up on leads on time.

✅Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by the lead system.

✅Act as lead contact for sellers.

✅Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved.

✅Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties.

✅Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed.

✅Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed.

✅Close contracts on time.


• Drive KPIs: Set, track, and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the team meets and exceeds expectations. Work with the leadership team to establish KPIs

✅Hold each individual accountable for minimum metrics and expectations

✅Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports and make decisions necessary to lead the team to success

✅Create and present proper acquisitions reports to the CEO.

✅Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives, identifying new. opportunities for growth and expansion.

✅Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to drive strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

✅Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

✅ Proven experience in sales management, preferably with a call center or auto dealership management experience.

✅ 3-5 years of demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.

✅ Must be ambitious We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” who wants to serve and add value

✅ Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities.

✅ Ability to quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.

✅ Must possess excellent organization and planning skills

✅ Must possess problem-solving skills.

✅ Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines.

✅ Ability to work some nights and weekends.

✅ Negative pre-employment drug screen and ability to pass a criminal background check.

✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

✅ bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

✅ Limited travel as required.
