The Training Administrator, reporting to the VP of of Training & Compliance, will assist in building, maintaining, and improving the training systems within Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers and its family of brands. The Training Administrator will help oversee new content creation, (editorial, video, and audio production) as well as maintaining and improving the day to day operations of the company Learning Management System (LMS) and its processes.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Working with subject matter experts to draft policy & process guidelines
  • Creating, assembling, testing, and maintaining training content on the SAP Litmos LMS and its like systems
  • Capturing professional quality video and audio of all approved meetings (Manager, RVP/RM, etc.)
  • Using Adobe Creative Suite to edit, assemble, and produce multimedia content
  • Tracking eLearning compliance for all employees
  • Maintaining the SAP Litmos LMS database, including running custom reports
  • Overseeing registrations and troubleshooting login issues


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field is highly preferred
  • Experience with SAP Litmos or other similar LMS highly preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a comparable function
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Experience with online content curation (Blogs, Websites, eLearning)
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Professional experience with various software packages, including Premiere, Photoshop, Captivate, After Affects, etc.
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook); SQL experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and to complete assignments to high standards
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet hard deadlines
