We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Prepare, organize, and file documents, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle data entry, maintain databases, and update records as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging travel, accommodations, and catering.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage calendars and assist with time management for executives or team members.
