Salesforce Administrator II

Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Administrator II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform to support our business objectives and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, extensive experience with complex Salesforce implementations, and a passion for driving continuous improvement through technology.
You will also:
Oversee all aspects of Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, customization, and data management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and architect scalable Salesforce solutions that address current and future needs. Design and implement custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, and Lightning components to extend Salesforce functionality and meet business requirements. Manage integrations with third-party systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Manage data quality, integrity, and security within Salesforce, including data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication activities. Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization within the Salesforce environment, leveraging new features and functionalities to enhance business processes and user experience. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guides to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field Five (5) to Seven (7) years of related experience Salesforce Administrator certification Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning ExperienceRequired Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in Flows. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Excellent understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration options Excellent understanding of: Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, and Conga Sign Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively with attention to detailPreferred Education and Experience:
Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification
