Your Role

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the company's supply chain activities, from supplier strategy and negotiations to cost reduction initiatives and inventory management. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components, while driving continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to support the company's ambitious growth plans.
  • Negotiate and manage strategic supplier relationships, establishing mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives, leveraging your expertise in power semiconductor procurement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of products.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and R&D teams to qualify new suppliers and introduce innovative products.


Your Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in supplier management, with a minimum of 5 years in power semiconductor procurement.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing complex supply agreements.
  • In-depth knowledge of power electronics and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
