What is the role?

This is a unique opportunity to join our small but growing US team at the most exciting time of our global business journey.


Reporting to the Director of Operations, your role is to maximize the Sales team potential by mentoring, inspiring and coaching team members to drive results and success.


The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based environment. You know sales, you thrive on closing your own deals whilst helping others succeed.


  • Lead by example running full sales cycles from enquiry to close
  • Coach the team in negotiations and closing deals
  • Manage enterprise clients
  • Forecast and report on Sales results
  • Ensure CRM excellence and quality in the team’s day-to-day work
  • Maximize pipeline activity, opportunities and conversion rates to drive revenue
  • Together with VP of Sales, train and develop top performers
  • Ensure a next-level customer experience for ongoing brand loyalty
  • Exceed targets to grow the company and your market
