Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain smooth running and maintenance of the referral office
  • Communicate effectively with Agents & Network Partners
  • Schedule, manage and recruit new referral agents
  • Effectively answer customer inquiries or route to appropriate parties as necessary
  • Serve as back-up support to other admins
  • Maintain Customer Referral Information
  • Marketing collateral, such as power point presentations and promotional items


Position Qualifications:

  • 2+ years administrative support experience in a mid-sized, service oriented business required
  • Demonstrated experience in Real Estate and/or Property Management required
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
  • Experience with Adobe is required
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of internal and external business contacts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Resourceful and enthusiastic commitment to take on any task assigned
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office environment
