Responsibilities:

  • Lead business reviews and regular meetings with members and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities.
  • Travel 25-50% of the time to member locations in North America.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in supply chain, buying, or sourcing, with at least 1 year in account management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong account management and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills to manage multiple customers.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to train and coach less experienced employees.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to leverage quantitative data for problem-solving and value creation.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal and external partners.


The Person

The ideal candidate is bright, driven, and energetic with a focus on results and attention to detail. They should be capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing competing commitments while maintaining a high level of customer service. Experience in a manufacturing or consumer products company is advantageous.
