Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Business Development at Infocusp Innovations in Mountain View, CA. The VP of Business Development will be responsible for new business development, business planning, contract negotiation, sales, and account management on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
- New Business Development, Business Planning, and Contract Negotiation skills
- Sales and Account Management experience
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Ability to stay abreast of industry developments and market trends, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Experience in the tech industry is a plus
- Ability to represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Infocusp brand to expand the presence in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a tech field or Business Administration is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in Software business development, sales or marketing
- Deep understanding of the software industry, including key market trends, technologies, and customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
- Result-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and achieving tangible business outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
