We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support our growing team.


Job Summary: As an Office Administrator at Bedrock Landscaping, LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing office activities, supporting the management team, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations
  • Create and maintain records for client projects, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work with operations managers in assisting to manage time cards and job costs / coding
  • Provide support in marketing efforts, including social media management and client outreach.
  • Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


  • Maintain and organize office files, both physical and electronic.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for management and staff.
  • Support the accounting department with invoicing, billing, and payroll processing.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
