The Opportunity:

As we broaden our reach within the USA, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and sophisticated Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is central to our strategic expansion, requiring a proactive approach to strategy development, market navigation, and activity prioritization. You will play a pivotal role in extending our network, connecting with high net-worth individuals, corporate entities, and potential suppliers to elevate our brand presence in the luxury market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Identify and engage with potential suppliers that meet the company's standards of luxury and quality.
  • Prioritize business activities based on market research and industry trends.
  • Represent the company at high-level meetings, events, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a cohesive business strategy.
  • Report on progress and obstacles to the senior management with detailed records on business development activities.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the luxury sector (private jets, yachts, high-end real estate, etc.).
  • Strong network with the capability to engage with elite clients and major corporations.
  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


Preferred:

  • Previous experience working with luxury brands, especially in private aviation or yachting industries.
  • Familiarity with the luxury market dynamics and client expectations in the USA.
