Tasks:

  • Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll for 3,600+ employees
  • Multi company/Multi State
  • Maintaining and updating employee records including tax and other relevant information
  • Verifying accuracy of employee data and preparing reports on payroll activity
  • Audit New Hire/Terminations/Leaves
  • Help to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Addressing queries from employees
  • Support Payroll Team with projects and requests.
