Compensation Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a client in the financial sector looking for a skilled Compensation Specialist. This role presents a chance for advancement into a permanent position within the payroll department, reporting directly to the payroll supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the precise and timely execution of bi-weekly payroll cycles.
- Manage and process wage garnishments as required.
- Address employee questions related to compensation.
- Verify electronic timecards and payroll data for correctness.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of payroll experience is preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant payroll experience.
- Familiarity with payroll taxation and labor regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information:
- This is a Contract to Hire position.
- Work is conducted in-office with flexible core hours.
Compensation Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
