We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator supports and works directly with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee the recruitment activities of job posting, interview scheduling and first-day onboarding preparations as shown below. With excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.


HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support the scheduling of interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers and arranging travel for visiting candidates where applicable.

• Prepare job descriptions for posting within the applicant tracking system, ensuring appropriate formatting and language use.

• Prepare onboarding welcome packet materials for new hires on first day.

• Provide assistance with onboarding agenda preparation which may include room reservations, securing badging appointments and first-day meetings with various partner groups.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO WIN:

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting support

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong knowledge in recruiting activities

• Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks at one time

• Basic knowledge of local regulatory compliance and local employment law preferred

• Strong experience within applicant tracking systems (i.e., Workday)

• Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements.
