Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Operations Coordinator to join our team at WFS. This role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth hiring process for new hires, from communication of company and position details to completion of pre-employment activities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS/ATS) and basic knowledge of labor legislation. They will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a welcoming disposition.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with new hires regarding onboarding requirements, including shift and training schedules.
  • Track new hire progress to ensure timely completion of pre-employment activities.
  • Coordinate with Recruiting, Operations, and Training to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Welcome new employees and introduce them to their managers.
  • Provide technical assistance to new hires for hardware and software setup.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Team spirit and welcoming disposition.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Skills

  • SAP Success Factors preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with all levels of employees.
  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management or similar field (preferred but not required).
  • Time management skills.
  • Metric Driven.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

  • Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Walk short distances.
  • Reach above and/or below shoulder.
  • Handle/grasp documents or office equipment.
  • Sit and/or stand for short or extended periods of time.
  • Lift/carry/move objects, files, and documents up to 10 pounds.
  • Work in an office environment using standard office equipment.
  • Talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
