Clinical Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary
The Clinical Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for initiating contact with clinicians to encourage them to apply for open positions and schedule interviews with Recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to incoming leads from potential clinicians, inquiring about their professional background to determine if they qualify for an interview.
- Updates the database with accurate contact information, qualifications, and communications.
- Creates urgency and gains the clinician's commitment throughout the process to improve their profile with relevant work history, education, and skills information.
- Prioritizes and initiates follow-up calls and tasks with potential candidates to achieve monthly call and email goals.
Education & Years of Experience
- High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience
- Experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service capacity
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Compensation
$22.75 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
