Job Description

Job Summary

The Clinical Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for initiating contact with clinicians to encourage them to apply for open positions and schedule interviews with Recruiters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to incoming leads from potential clinicians, inquiring about their professional background to determine if they qualify for an interview.
  • Updates the database with accurate contact information, qualifications, and communications.
  • Creates urgency and gains the clinician's commitment throughout the process to improve their profile with relevant work history, education, and skills information.
  • Prioritizes and initiates follow-up calls and tasks with potential candidates to achieve monthly call and email goals.
Requirements

Education & Years of Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience
Additional Experience
  • Experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service capacity
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Compensation
$22.75 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
