About the Role

Andersen is seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to our team of recruiters, ensuring a seamless interview process for candidates.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule virtual and in-office interviews, communicating with candidates, internal team members, and hiring managers.
  • Draft and send correspondences with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Provide administrative support to members of the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
  • Ensure data integrity in recruiting systems.
  • Assist in talent acquisition projects to support the overall team's functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative/operational role at a Law Firm, Accounting, Consulting, or Professional Services Firm preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle scheduling multiple interviews in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort level communicating with senior management.
  • High energy, positive attitude, self-starter, and independent thinker.
