Tax Recruiting Coordinator

About the Role
Andersen is seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to our team of recruiters, ensuring a seamless interview process for candidates.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Schedule virtual and in-office interviews, communicating with candidates, internal team members, and hiring managers.
- Draft and send correspondences with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Provide administrative support to members of the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
- Ensure data integrity in recruiting systems.
- Assist in talent acquisition projects to support the overall team's functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative/operational role at a Law Firm, Accounting, Consulting, or Professional Services Firm preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize and handle scheduling multiple interviews in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort level communicating with senior management.
- High energy, positive attitude, self-starter, and independent thinker.
