$100,000 USD OTE $220,000

Reports to: Director of Enterprise Sales


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This position is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven professional with a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships with enterprise-level clients, with a focus on accounts generating $500 million or more in annual revenue.


The role requires a strong ability to navigate high-value contracts and build strategic partnerships while working remotely with occasional travel to client locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Growth: Own and manage a portfolio of large-scale enterprise accounts with annual revenues of $500 million or more, ensuring their continued satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target and acquire new enterprise clients, while also growing relationships with existing accounts.
  • High-Value Contracts: Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring terms and pricing are aligned with company goals and client needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers to understand their business challenges, provide tailored solutions, and articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, product, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track progress using CRM tools, and meet/exceed sales quotas and targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to identify new opportunities for growth.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on handling complex, high-value accounts ($500 million+).
  • Proven success in managing and growing enterprise accounts, closing multi-million-dollar deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, negotiation strategies, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to understand and address business needs, provide consultative solutions, and build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in MSP’s or similar enterprise environments.
  • Established network within the enterprise sector.
