We're looking for bold, world-class sales professionals to join our team and revolutionize the wireless industry. As an Account Executive, Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for crafting tailored sales strategies to meet the unique goals of each Enterprise client within your portfolio and accelerate with cross-functional partner execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Craft personalized sales strategies to meet the specific needs of each Enterprise client within your assigned portfolio and drive business results with cross-functional partner collaboration.
  • Account Growth & Expansion: Foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within each client (including C-level executives and others throughout various lines of business), generate and close new sales opportunities within your assigned account base, which may include existing clients as well as new clients not currently doing business with us today.
  • Enable Client Happiness: Lead a world-class, differentiated experience that our clients will want to continue their growth with.
  • Product Capabilities Consultation: Position our product capabilities to potential and existing clients that align to and help them achieve their business goals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex contract negotiations and close large, high-value deals with enterprise clients.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A deep understanding of technology and business strategies to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively at an Enterprise level.
  • Demonstration of their contribution to account planning and execution of those plans' efforts.
  • Effective account management skills, including leading account relationships and financial outcomes, neutralizing detractors, and running multiple sales programs and opportunity life cycles.
  • Strong CRM skills, building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure high satisfaction and increase revenues.
  • The ability to assess potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for our products or services, ensuring that sales efforts are focused on leads with the highest likelihood of conversion.
  • Demonstration of the ability to identify and build new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and nurture relationships to drive long-term growth and success.
  • Confident negotiation skills, handling sales negotiations with prospects and existing clients.
  • Effective communication skills, able to connect with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles).
  • Strong networking skills and track record of leveraging connections.

  • A highly competitive base salary range of $101,700 - $183,480.
